Indemnity Agreement, Waiver of Liability, Release and Risk Assumption:

The purchaser, user, or recipient assumes all risk related to and/or arising from the ownership and use of the merchandise purchased and agrees to indemnify and hold NGW (herein named "Vendor") and any of its affiliates harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against the vendor related to and/or arising from its ownership and/or use of the merchandise. The vendor does not warrant that any individual or company may legally purchase, possess, sell, or carry any of the items offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, user, or recipient to comply with federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing any item, the purchaser, user, or recipient constitutes a declaration that he or she is over 18 years of age or older and warrants that he or she is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, that he or she is legally allowed to purchase these items, and that he or she understands and agrees to all terms and conditions.

The swords and collectibles available are not to be used in any type of reenactment. These are movie replicas and are for display purposes only. It is dangerous to use these particular items in any way other than the intended purpose. Using these items in any other way will void the warranty and endanger the user.

Payments:

US Residents: Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover Card | PayPal

Payments made with credit cards from countries other than the USA are not accepted. The processing of orders from abroad is handled by a global shipping service. For more information about shipping internationally, click the link at the bottom of this page.

PayPal: Only delivery addresses that have been verified by PayPal as being in the United States are accepted for PayPal payments. Products can only be mailed to the PayPal-provided U.S. based address, and delivery addresses cannot be modified.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as they are available. A current and valid email address will be required to receive tracking information. The average delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on the delivery location.

Although we do ship to alternate delivery addresses, we do not ship these premium products to unverified delivery addresses. All delivery addresses must match the credit card or billing information submitted. Additional delivery addresses can be added to your credit card by contacting your bank or credit card company directly.

We currently deliver to APO boxes and FPO boxes via USPS. Shipments to PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you at checkout in the Sales Tax/Location Rate field. Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping location. The credit card submitted on the original order will be charged accordingly with the current rates.

It is up to the customer to provide a safe and secure delivery location. We will not be held responsible for any missed deliveries or stolen merchandise. It will be the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the carrier with any delivery discrepancies and all costs involved.

Backordered Items:

Items that are backordered will not be charged. Customers will receive a free placement service. Once the item(s) are restocked, the order can only be processed at the current price. There will be the standard flat-rate shipping fee on all backorders and partial shipments.

Return Policy:

Contact Customer Service before sending back any returns for a Return Authorization Form.
All returns require a Return Authorization Form from Customer Service to be processed.
Returns must be received by customer service within 14 days of delivery.
The actual shipping charge, without discount, is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There will be a 25% processing fee on all standard returns, refused items, and undeliverable items.
No refunds will be issued for used, damaged, or items not returned in their original packaging.
We are not responsible for items returned without authorization.

Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately of any loss or damage claims. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. Customer service must be notified within 48 hours of a damage or loss claim being filed.
